Plastic surgeries are performed to correct congenital and acquired kidney defects, renal pelvis (horseshoe kidney, hydronephrosis, presence of additional kidney vessels).
- Surgical treatment for secondary-shrunken kidney, nephroptosis.
- Kidney resection (organ-preserving surgery)

Urolithiasis:
Both open and endoscopic operations are performed for urolithiasis (laser and pneumatic ureterolithotripsy with ureterolithoextraction). Remote (non-contact) crushing of kidney and ureter stones (DUVLT).
The hospital has a department of remote shock wave lithotripsy equipped with a lithotripter. The procedure does not require anesthesia and allows crushing of stones of any level.
These methods of treatment make it possible to avoid open traumatic interventions and significantly reduce the time of hospitalization
Treatment of bladder diseases:
- Transurethral biopsy of the bladder.
- Transurethral resection (TUR) of the neck of the bladder for its sclerosis.
- Endoscopic treatment of ureterocele.
- Laser and mechanical cystolithotripsy - for bladder stones.
Prostate diseases:
- In diseases of the prostate gland (prostate) - with benign hyperplasia (adenoma) or prostate sclerosis - transurethral resection of the prostate (TUR, biTUR) is performed.
- Transubesical adenomectomy is performed in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
- A multifocal biopsy of the gland is performed if a malignant tumor is suspected.
DISEASES OF THE URETHRA:

Operations for adrenal tumors (the only department in the RM)
ONCOUROLOGY. BLADDER TUMORS:
With small tumors of the bladder, transurethral resection (TUR) of the bladder is performed. This operation is endoscopic, with it the bladder is preserved.
If the stage of cancer of the bladder requires its removal, radical operations are performed, with the formation of an artificial bladder, in all variants known in modern medicine, with the possible preservation of independent urination.
