The Department of Reproductive Health is a structural subdivision of the Mordovian Republican Clinical Perinatal Center.
The Department of Reproductive Health provides:
- provision of consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic assistance to the population with reproductive health disorders;
- counseling couples with infertile marriage problems of any type (female and male infertility), identifying the causes and correcting their health;
- advisory assistance to pregnant women after infertility treatment and observation of high-risk groups (induced pregnancy and OAA) in need of specialized care;
- consultation of married couples on contraception (selection and supervision of decreed groups), study of demand and needs for various types of contraceptives;
- abortion of early gestation, carrying out and rehabilitation in order to preserve reproductive function;
-carrying out a medical abortion;
- promotion of the importance of family planning in protecting public health, reducing the number of abortions, maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, fostering responsible parenthood;
- training and advanced training of doctors of various profiles, secondary medical workers, educators on family planning;
- provision of specialized medical and diagnostic assistance to gynecological, andrological patients with sexual disorders by the department.

About the rules for making an appointment for an initial appointment/consultation/examination
Admission of primary patients is carried out in the direction of medical institutions and by appointment, contact the registry on the 1st floor. Doctors are admitted on the first shift according to the schedule.
For the initial and repeated admission / consultation / examination, have with you:
- referral from the attending physician/referral from the departmental polyclinic (for employees of law enforcement agencies);
- passport;
- compulsory health insurance policy;
- for patients with disabilities - a document confirming the disability group
- for employees of law enforcement agencies (Ministry of Internal Affairs, UFSIN, FSB, etc.) employee ID.
The procedure of pharmacovigilance for compulsory medical insurance is carried out by the following groups of citizens: for medical reasons.

List of pathologies and complications of pregnancy in women subject to consultation in the State Medical Institution of the Republic of Moldova (according to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 01.11.2012 No. 572n)
1. Extragenital pathology (to determine obstetric tactics and further follow-up together with specialists in the profile of the disease):
- the height of a pregnant woman is below 150 cm;
- alcoholism, drug addiction in one or both spouses.
2. Burdened obstetric history:
- age under 18;
- first-time pregnant over 35 years old;
- miscarriage of pregnancy;
- infertility in the anamnesis;
- induced pregnancy;
- operations on the uterus and appendages in the anamnesis;
- preeclampsia, eclampsia;
- obstetric bleeding;
- birth of children with congenital malformations;
- bubble drift;
- taking teratogenic drugs.
3. Obstetric complications:
- early toxicosis with metabolic disorders;
- threat of termination of pregnancy;
- hypertensive disorders;
- anatomically narrow pelvis;
- immunological conflict (RN and ABO isosensitization);
- anemia of moderate and severe degree;
- incorrect fetal position;
- placental pathology and placental disorders;
- multiple pregnancy;
- lack of water;
- polyhydramnios;
- suspected intrauterine infection;
- the presence of tumor-like formations of the uterus and appendages.

Miscarriage risk group
1. Pregnancy after treatment of infertile marriage (induced by the ART program, after reconstructive plastic surgery; VMP)
2. OAA:
- habitual miscarriage (more than two miscarriages in the anamnesis);
- non-developing pregnancy in the anamnesis;
- stillborn and perinatal losses in the anamnesis;
3. Swollen uterus and ovaries, malformations of the uterus, complicating pregnancy
4. Scar on the uterus:
- after conservative myomectomy;
- scar complicated in the postoperative period and corporeal caesarean section (with signs of insolvency)
5. AFS (primary and secondary)
6. Sensitization by Rh system and ABO
7. Multiple pregnancies (monochorionic and monoamniotic, biamiotic pregnancies)
8. Pregnancy with the presence of HPV in the fetus, requiring surgical correction after birth
Risk group for extragenital pathology
1. Cardiovascular pathology
- decompensation stage heart defects (congenital, acquired);
- cardiomyopathy with rhythm disturbance or circulatory insufficiency;
- severe rheumatic lesions;
- High-risk stage II and III hypertension
2. Varicose veins with venous insufficiency
3. Kidney diseases
- chronic glomerulonephritis complicated by hypertension, azotemia, proteinuria;
- condition after nephrectomy
4. Endocrinopathy
- Type I-II diabetes is complicated, with a difficult-to-regulate sugar level;
- diseases of the thyroid gland with impaired function;
- diseases of the adrenal glands with signs of insufficiency;
- NOES, grade III obesity (BMI over 30)
5. Blood disease:
- hemolytic anemia;
- hemoblastoses;
- Willebrand's disease;
- congenital deficiency of the blood coagulation system
6. Liver disease:
- hepatitis with impaired function;
- cirrhosis of the liver
7. Disease of the organs of vision:
- high degree myopia, PVHD;
- retinal detachment;
- glaucoma;
8. Benign and malignant formations detected during pregnancy, operated on in anamnesis regardless of localization
- vascular malformations;
- vascular aneurysms;
9. Diseases of the nervous system:
- multiple sclerosis;
- epi-syndrome;
- violation of cerebral circulation;
- severe TBI and spinal injuries
10. Autoimmune systems of the disease: SLE and AD hormone dependent
11. Severe histoses in previous pregnancy requiring premature delivery

Based on Order No. 69n/95n of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated February 17, 2020 on the Approval of the Procedure for the Provision of Legal, Psychological and Medical Services by Medical Organizations-social assistance to women during pregnancy" on the basis of the State Medical Institution of the Republic of Moldova «MRCCB» work has been organized to provide legal, psychological, medical and social assistance to women during pregnancy in outpatient settings.
The provision of legal, psychological and medico-social assistance to pregnant women is provided in the office of medico-psychological and socio-legal assistance to women «Crisis Center ». The reception is carried out by appointment, according to the schedule of reception of specialists.
