Temporary order establishing the degree of occupational disability

The decree of the Russian Government of 15 April 2020, No. 511 determined a temporary order establishing the degree of occupational disability in accidents in the workplace. Before October 1, 2020 reference on the extent of occupational disability in accidents at work and occupational diseases will execute and issue without personal visit to the Bureau of medical social examination. Similarly, without personal visit to the Bureau of medico-social examination will be taken and the program of rehabilitation of the victim.
Specialists of medical-social expertise will adjudicate on the extent of incapacity on the basis of documents issued by medical institutions. This will minimize the social contacts of citizens during counter the spread of coronavirus infection.
The interim order provided for automatic renewal of previously established percentage of incapacity for six months to those who were previously defined by the degree of disablement and the time of a regular re-examination occurs during the period from 1 March to 1 October 2020, inclusive. The rehabilitation program for these citizens will also be extended for six months along with the recommended rehabilitation measures, including the provision of technical means of rehabilitation. The certificate confirming the fact of establishing the degree of occupational disability and the rehabilitation program will be sent out to citizens by registered mail.
Information about establishing the degree of incapacity will be in three days in electronic form with use of uniform system of interdepartmental electronic interaction to be sent to the social insurance Fund of Russia.
